Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Broward). They blew past the Piper Bengals 80-50 on Thursday. While the Bobcats didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The win (which was West Broward's third in a row) raised their record to 6-3. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.7 points. As for Piper, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.

Coming up, West Broward is taking a road trip to face off against Archbishop Carroll at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Piper, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Monarch at 7:30 p.m. on January 8, 2026.
