Basketball Recap: Dixie's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Dixie lost against Waynesville back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dixie Greyhounds took a 48-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Waynesville Spartans. The Greyhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dixie's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-6. As for Waynesville, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-4.

Dixie has already played their next matchup (against National Trail), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Waynesville will challenge Bellbrook at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
