The Regis Groff Fusion will head out to challenge the Hinkley Thunder at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hinkley took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Regis Groff, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, Regis Groff really took it to Montbello for the full four quarters, racking up a 64-21 win. The Fusion have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 25 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Hinkley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Thomas Jefferson 74-41. While losing is never fun, the Thunder can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 335th, while the Spartans are ranked 115th).

The victory made it two in a row for Regis Groff and bumps their season record up to 10-9. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points over those games. As for Hinkley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-18.

Everything came up roses for Regis Groff against Hinkley in their previous matchup two weeks ago, as the team secured a 100-42 win. In that match, Regis Groff amassed a halftime lead of 58-32, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
