Basketball Recap: Ingalls Bulldogs vs. Hodgeman County Longhorns
Ingalls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 48-29 to the Hodgeman County Longhorns. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Longhorns apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Despite the loss, Ingalls still got an impressive performance from Olivia Stein, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and ten rebounds. Stein's evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points.
Leading Hodgeman County to victory were Taylor Bamberger and Kylee Reece. Bamberger went 5-for-6 on her way to 11 points and three steals, while Reece posted nine points and six steals. Those six steals gave Reece a new career-high. Aidan Lonnberg was another key player, putting up five points in addition to six boards and three steals.
