Volleyball Recap: IC Catholic Prep Takes a Loss

IC Catholic Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fenwick Friars.

While IC Catholic Prep was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-22.

Flynn Walsh paced IC Catholic Prep's offense, picking up six kills. Walsh got some help from Sammy Richards and his nine assists.

IC Catholic Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Fenwick, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coming up, IC Catholic Prep will take on Saint Viator at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Fenwick, they will face off against Saint Ignatius College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
