Basketball Recap: Regina Skates Past Durant with Ease

Regina won the last time they faced Durant and things went their way on Friday too. The Regina Regals blew past the Durant Wildcats, posting a 79-34 victory. The Regals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Regina's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-2. As for Durant, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 9-6 record.

Regina will be playing at home against Tipton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Regina knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Tipton likes a good challenge. As for Durant, they will head out on the road to face off against Mid-Prairie at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
