Volleyball Recap: Logan/Palco Comes Up Short

Logan/Palco didn't have quite enough to beat the Hill City Ringnecks on Saturday and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Logan/Palco sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 23-25, 25-23.

Logan/Palco has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Hill City, their win bumped their record up to 3-11-1.

Coincidentally, Logan/Palco and Hill City will both be playing Wheatland-Grinnell the next time they take the court. Hill City will host Wheatland-Grinnell on Saturday, while Logan/Palco will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
