Basketball Recap: Episcopal Takes a Loss

Episcopal was the 60-55 winner over Landon when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Episcopal Maroon fell to the Landon Bears 63-57. The Maroon have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Episcopal's record now sits at 11-7. As for Landon, their victory ended a 12-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 9-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Episcopal will welcome Georgetown Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Landon, they will be playing at home against St. Albans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Landon knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully St. Albans likes a good challenge.
