Volleyball Recap: Shaw Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Shaw and Ringgold squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Shaw had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Tigers.

Shaw was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring nine points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-9, 25-9.

Shaw's loss dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Ringgold, they have been performing well recently as they've won 16 of their last 19 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-11 record this season.

Shaw does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ringgold, they will head out to face off against Columbus at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
