Cooper Wachtel Game Report: vs South Holt

For the first time in his career, Cooper Wachtel scored a rushing touchdown on Friday. He rushed for 75 yards and one TD on only eight carries, but sadly DeKalb still had to take a 56-52 loss at the hands of South Holt. Our internal rating system judged Friday's effort as the best he's ever given (but hopefully not for long).

Looking ahead, Wachtel and DeKalb will stay at home for another week and welcome Rock Port at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers have been struggling at home and they will enter the contest having lost six straight home games dating back to last season.
