Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kylee Evans and Isabella Massey Lead Union Grove to Victory

Union Grove lost to Eagle's Landing Christian Academy last Tuesday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Wolverines blew past the Chargers 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolverines.

Union Grove was led to victory by Isabella Massey and Kylee Evans. Massey had nine digs and three assists, while Evans hit 92.9% for 13 kills and six digs and one assist. That's the most kills Evans has posted since back in October of 2024.

Union Grove's victory bumped their record up to 32-7-1. As for Eagle's Landing Christian Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at eight matches and leaves them with a 28-11-1 record.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Union Grove will host Cambridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eagle's Landing Christian Academy, they will welcome Kell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
