Fike is 7-1 against East Wake since November of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Fike Demons will welcome the East Wake Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Fike will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.
Last Thursday, Fike earned a 42-33 victory over C.B. Aycock. The 42-point effort marked the Demons' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fike to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jamaria Freeman, who posted 18 points. Freeman's evening made it seven games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Emory Skinner, who earned 12 points.
Fike smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in four consecutive matchups.
East Wake played in conference for the first time on Thursday and they got just the result they we're looking for. They snuck past Hunt with a 43-38 win.
East Wake's win came from a few key players Fike will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Shanel Harrison, who went 5 of 10 on her way to 14 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Johnson, who had nine points and six rebounds.
East Wake has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-8 record this season. As for Fike, they pushed their record up to 12-0 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.
This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Fike just can't miss this season, having drained 63.9% of their shots per game. It's a different story for East Wake, though, as they've only made 25.1% of their field goals this season. Given Fike's sizable advantage in that area, East Wake will need to find a way to close that gap.
Fike took their win against East Wake in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 54-30. Does Fike have another victory up their sleeve, or will East Wake turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
