Baseball Recap: Van Vleck's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Van Vleck lost against Danbury back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Leopards fell 5-1 to the Panthers. That's two games in a row now that the Leopards have lost by exactly four runs.

Van Vleck's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-11. As for Danbury, the victory was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-6.

Coming up, Van Vleck will take on Coldspring-Oakhurst at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Danbury, they will challenge Brazos at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
