Benjamin Franklin had lost three straight headed into Tuesday's contest, but Coleson Bowen didn't let it get to four. Everything went the Chargers' way against the San Tan Charter Roadrunners on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory with plenty of help from Bowen, who had 36 digs and one assist. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last five games he's played.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-18, 25-8.

Benjamin Franklin's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for San Tan Charter, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Benjamin Franklin will square off against rival Gilbert Classical Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, San Tan Charter is set to face off against their familiar foe ALA - Anthem South at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
