Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the Willow Lions get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Swamp Owls as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Brayden Netterville made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over six innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 7-9 otherwise. Netterville was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Netterville wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Logan Kihnel, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. Another was Reese Delahoussaye, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.
