Baseball Recap: Jenks Takes a Loss

Jenks was the 7-4 winner over Fayetteville when they last played one another back in March of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Jenks Trojans lost 14-5 to the Fayetteville Bulldogs on Friday. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jenks now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Fayetteville, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jenks will head out to take on Cushing at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fayetteville, they will head out on the road to challenge Rogers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Fayetteville's pitching crew has only allowed two runs per game this season, so Rogers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
