Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lancaster). They never let the Reynoldsburg Raiders get on the board and left with a 33-0 win on Monday. The Golden Gales have beaten the Raiders the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Raiders has come to flipping the script.

Lancaster pushed their record up to 14-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Reynoldsburg, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lancaster will challenge Canal Winchester at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Reynoldsburg, they will take on Groveport-Madison at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders are facing the Cruisers at the right time seeing as the Cruisers are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
