Softball Recap: Bay Wins Going Away Against Wakulla Christian School

Bay made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Wakulla Christian School, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bay Tornadoes were the clear victor by an 18-7 margin over the Wakulla Christian School Saints on Tuesday. With that victory, the Tornadoes brought their scoring average up to 6.6 runs per game.

McKenna Case was incredible, going 3-for-4 with five RBI, three runs, and one stolen base. Breahna Peace was another key player, going 2-for-3 with four RBI and one run.

Case wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Bay kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in April of 2024.

Bay now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Wakulla Christian School, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Bay will head out on the road to face off against Rutherford at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Wakulla Christian School will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on FAMU DRS at 5:00 p.m. on March 28th.
