Recap: Roscoe Plowboys vs. Albany Lions
After a string of three wins, The Roscoe Plowboys''s good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were dealt a 44-7 defeat at the hands of Albany. Roscoe has struggled against Albany recently, as their match on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Albany was led to victory by Cason Fairchild and Adam Hill. Fairchild gained 164 total yards and three touchdowns, while Hill gained 295 total yards and three touchdowns. Hill hasn't dropped below two rushing touchdowns for three straight games.
Roscoe's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Albany, their win was their 19th straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 8-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roscoe will take on Miles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
