Edwards County won the last time they faced Fairfield and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lions sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the Mules. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.
Dylan Prather made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one hit in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
