Soccer Recap: Willowbrook Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Willowbrook was not quite Addison Trail's equal in the second half on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blazers. The loss continues a trend for Willowbrook in their meetings with Addison Trail: they've now lost six in a row.

Willowbrook's goal came courtesy of Brayden Dotson, who's now up to 11 this season.

Willowbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Addison Trail, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-6-2 record this season.

Willowbrook has already played their next match, an 8-4 loss against Lake Park on the 11th. As for Addison Trail, they will take on Leyden at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
