Baseball Recap: Barron Picks Up Third Straight Win on the Road

Barron hadn't done well against St. Croix Falls recently (they were 0-8 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Golden Bears came out on top against the Saints by a score of 10-5. This was payback for the Golden Bears, who suffered a 10-8 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Barron's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for St. Croix Falls, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.
