Baseball Recap: Gilbert Classical Academy Wins Going Away Against Highland Prep West

While Gilbert Classical Academy put up some runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Highland Prep West. The Gilbert Classical Academy Spartans put the hurt on the Highland Prep West HORNETS with a sharp 6-0 victory.

The result came thanks to Lennon Mikan's shutout, as he gave up just three hits.

On the hitting side, Gilbert Classical Academy got a big performance out of Ryan Roco, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. What's more, Roco posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Beckett Elliott, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
