Football Game Preview: Carrollton Trojans vs. Grayson Rams + How To Watch

Carrollton is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Harrison 51-6. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by 22 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Cameron Wood, who rushed for 159 yards and two scores on only 13 carries. Those 159 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. CJ Cypher was another key player, throwing for 140 yards and three touchdowns on perfect 8-for-8 passing.

Meanwhile, Grayson and Colquitt County (ranked first and 89th in the MaxPreps national rankings respectively) squared off in a high-profile contest on Friday. The Rams put the hurt on the Packers with a sharp 31-10 victory. The Rams are also no stranger to big wins: their blowout was the tenth matchup they've won by 20+ points this season.

Grayson's win came from a few key players Carrollton will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Brandon Gray, who rushed for 49 yards and three TDs. Another rusher making a difference was Ashton Turner, who rushed for 106 yards and one score.

Carrollton's win bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Grayson, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 12-0.

Carrollton lost to Grayson at home by a decisive 38-24 margin in their previous meeting back in December of 2024.
