Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Biddeford's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of Mt. Ararat by a score of 48-45. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Tigers have suffered since January 6, 2024.

Biddeford's loss dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Marshwood, their victory bumped their record up to 11-1.
