Softball Recap: Pecos Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Pecos had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 13-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Big Spring Steers. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Audri Morales was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances.

Coming up, Pecos will welcome Borger at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Big Spring has already played their next game (against Haskell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
