Softball Game Preview: Longview Lobos vs. Royse City Bulldogs

The Longview Lobos will head out to challenge the Royse City Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

Longview was handed a 15-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against North Forney, sneaking past 11-10.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Royse City). They were the clear victors by a 20-2 margin over North Forney on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Longview's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Royse City, their win bumped their record up to 16-5.
