Soccer Game Preview: Killingly vs. New London + How To Watch

The Killingly Trailbazers will venture away from home to square off against the New London Whalers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Killingly will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Killingly's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Lyman Memorial. Two seems to be a good number for Killingly as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, New London was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They lost 4-1 to Ledyard. New London were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Theirry Lordilla, who's now up to five this season.

New London's loss dropped their record down to 10-4-1. As for Killingly, their win bumped their record up to 11-6-1.

Killingly might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from New London when the teams last played back in September. Can the Trailbazers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
