Trivium Prep entered their tilt with NFL Yet Academy on Monday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 63-62 W against the Eagles. While the Crimson Knights didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

NFL Yet Academy's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was JAMARE STOUDAMIRE, who went 5-for-12 on his way to 19 points along with eight blocks and five boards. The contest was STOUDAMIRE's third in a row with at least 16 points. STANLEY HOLLEY was another key player, shooting 54% from the field en route to 18 points.

Trivium Prep's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for NFL Yet Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Trivium Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 51-36 win against Kingman on the 13th. As for NFL Yet Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 95-47 defeat against Phoenix Country Day on the 14th.
