After each having a week off, the Lithia Springs Leo Lion and the Alexander Cougars will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lithia Springs is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.

Lithia Springs' offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Rome last Friday. They were beaten by the Wolves 65-0. While losing is never fun, the Leo Lion can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 270th, while the Wolves are ranked 21st).

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 49-20, which was the final score in Alexander's tilt against East Paulding last Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost three in a row.
