Basketball Recap: Center Point-Urbana Takes a Loss

Center Point-Urbana lost against Clear Creek-Amana back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Center Point-Urbana Stormin' Pointers were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 61-60 to the Clear Creek-Amana Clippers. The Stormin' Pointers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Center Point-Urbana's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-4. As for Clear Creek-Amana, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-5.

Center Point-Urbana will be playing in front of their home fans against Grinnell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Clear Creek-Amana, they will face off against West Delaware at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
