Flag Football Recap: King City Takes a Loss

King City played a tough matchup on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the Salinas Cowboys and fell 46-6. The Mustangs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-0.

King City now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Salinas, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

King City didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 38-12 loss against St. Francis on the 24th. As for Salinas, they have also already played their next matchup, a 21-14 victory against Monterey on the 24th.
