Basketball Recap: Dwight Morrow Takes a Loss

Dwight Morrow lost against Paramus Catholic back in February of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dwight Morrow Maroon Raiders fell 68-58 to the Paramus Catholic Paladins. While losing is never fun, the Maroon Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 147th, while the Paladins are ranked 45th).

Dwight Morrow's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Paramus Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.

Dwight Morrow has already played their next game, a 69-59 victory against Ridgefield Park on the 23rd. As for Paramus Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, an 84-61 defeat against Bergen Catholic on the 23rd.
