Soccer Recap: Lutheran Takes a Loss

Lutheran lost against Oregon back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Crusaders came up short against the Hawks, falling 8-0. Lutheran have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Oregon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lutheran will face off against Genoa-Kingston at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Oregon, they will venture away from home to challenge Sandwich at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Oregon will be up against Sandwich's rather soft defense (which has allowed 6.67 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
