Football Game Recap: Rockville vs. Seneca Valley

Rockville had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 10-34 punch to the gut against Seneca Valley on Saturday. If Rockville were hoping to take revenge for the 0-42 loss against Seneca Valley the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Rockville off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Seneca Valley a 1-0 record.

Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Rockville will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Bethesda-Chevy Chase at 6:30 PM. Seneca Valley are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Gaithersburg next week at 6:30 PM.
