Basketball Recap: Global Studies Has No Trouble Against Gateway Regional

Global Studies was handed a heart-breaking two-point defeat in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Gateway Regional on Wednesday. Everything went Global Studies' way against the Gateway Regional Gators as Global Studies made off with a 44-22 win. That 22 point margin sets a new team best for Global Studies this season.

Global Studies' victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Gateway Regional, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.

Looking ahead, Global Studies will head out on the road to square off against Newark Central at 7:00 p.m. on February 20th. Gateway Regional has already played their next contest (against Buena), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
