After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Grandview, Scurry-Rosser was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Maypearl Panthers 3-0. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Scurry-Rosser never let Maypearl on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 29-27, 25-15, 25-20.
Scurry-Rosser's victory bumped their record up to 25-7. As for Maypearl, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 18-20.
