After flying high against Thousand Oaks on Tuesday, Dos Pueblos came back down to earth. The Chargers came up short against the Ganesha Giants on Saturday, falling 8-2. The Chargers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Dos Pueblos got a good showing from Derek Brunet, who pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Brunet has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Dos Pueblos saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alexander Hajda, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Dos Pueblos' loss dropped their record down to 22-11. As for Ganesha, the win was the 20th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-3.

Dos Pueblos wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 10-2 victory against St. Anthony on the 3rd. Ganesha does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
