Adirondack beats Bishop Ludden/Syracuse Academy of Science for their third straight win

The Adirondack Wildcats had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 50-35 win over Bishop Ludden/Syracuse Academy of Science. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.

John Hennessey was on fire: he rushed for 124 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 71 yards and two touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes. Hennessey hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Isaac Croneiser, who rushed for 97 yards and a touchdown.

Adirondack's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Bishop Ludden/Syracuse Academy of Science, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Adirondack will head out on the road to face off against Cazenovia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cazenovia is on a three-game streak of home wins, Adirondack a seven-game streak of away wins (dating back to last season)-- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the field. Bishop Ludden/Syracuse Academy of Science does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
