Football Game Preview: Redwood Christian Eagles vs. Livermore Cowboys + Official Tickets

The Redwood Christian Eagles will take on the Livermore Cowboys at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Redwood Christian's defense has only allowed 7.7 points per game this season, so Livermore's offense will have their work cut out for them.

On Friday, Redwood Christian lost to Viewpoint on the road by a 21-6 margin. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Landon Devoe-Krowicki put forth a good effort for the losing side as he rushed for 58 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries, and also picked up 63 receiving yards.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Livermore, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Dublin 22-21. The victory continues a trend for the Cowboys in their matchups with the Gaels: they've now won three in a row.

The critical scores for Livermore came from Matteo Lortie, Shane Patterson, and AJ Carey.

Livermore didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Dublin to a completion percentage of just 25%. The Cowboys weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 53.6%.
