Basketball Recap: Brook Hill Takes a Loss

Brook Hill and Trinity Christian squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Brook Hill had to settle for second. They took a 62-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trinity Christian Lions.

Trinity Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jett Mccasland led the charge by putting up 21 points. Mccasland's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Lucai Anderson, who posted 16 points.

Brook Hill's loss dropped their record down to 27-6. As for Trinity Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 23-13 record this season.

Brook Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Trinity Christian, they will challenge Brentwood Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Brentwood Christian will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Trinity Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
