Football Recap: Kennett Comes Up Short

Kennett lost against Trinity back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles fell 31-20 to the Pioneers. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kennett's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Trinity, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Kennett will square off against Kingswood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights' defense has only allowed 12.9 points per game this season, so the Eagles' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Trinity, they will challenge Bow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.
