Softball Recap: Maconaquah Braves vs. Tri-Central Trojans

Maconaquah lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Tri-Central, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's game. The Braves were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Trojans on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Braves needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Tianna Rader was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits. Rader was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
