Baseball Recap: Rattan Rams vs. Crowder Demons
Rattan stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They never let the Crowder Demons onto the board and left with a 7-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for Rattan who now have four in a row.
Keller Shockey spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just zero earned runs on two hits and racked up 14 Ks.
At the plate, Logan Smith was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Keegan Robertson, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
Rattan has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. As for Crowder, they now have a losing record at 11-12.
