Recap: Wayne Valley Indians vs. Ramapo Raiders
It was a good run, but the Wayne Valley Indians unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 64-47 bruising from Ramapo. Wayne Valley has struggled against Ramapo recently, as their match on Thursday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Loss or not, Wayne Valley got some senior leadership from Anthony Apicella and Omar Ali. Apicella scored 22 points along with six rebounds, while Ali. scored 14 points along with two steals.
Wayne Valley's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-5. As for Ramapo, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in New Jersey (Dumont is ranked 79th, while Wayne Valley is ranked 77th). As for Ramapo, they will be playing at home against St. Rose at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. St. Rose is looking to tack on another W to their five-game streak on the road.
