Volleyball Game Preview: Santaluces Chiefs vs. Boynton Beach Tigers

Santaluces is a perfect 5-0 against Boynton Beach since March of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. Santaluces is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Santaluces came up short against Atlantic last Thursday, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Boynton Beach came into Thursday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past Palm Beach Gardens 3-0 last Thursday.

Boynton Beach never let Palm Beach Gardens on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-22.

Santaluces' defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Boynton Beach, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Santaluces was able to grind out a solid victory over Boynton Beach when the teams last played on March 11th, winning 3-1. Will Santaluces repeat their success, or does Boynton Beach has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
