Baseball Recap: Groton-Dunstable Takes a Loss

Groton-Dunstable fell victim to Shepherd Hill Regional and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams. The Crusaders haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Groton-Dunstable's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Shepherd Hill Regional, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Looking ahead, Groton-Dunstable will take on Fitchburg at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Shepherd Hill Regional, they will square off against North Middlesex Regional at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
