Baseball Recap: Osage City Indians vs. Northern Heights Wildcats
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Osage City). Everything went their way against the Northern Heights Wildcats on Monday as they made off with a 16-1 victory. With that win, the Indians brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.
Logan McKinney was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. McKinney was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024.
