Volleyball Recap: Rhodes Takes a Loss

The Rhodes Rams came up short against the Avon Eagles on Thursday and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-16, 20-25, 25-17.

Rhodes' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Avon, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Rhodes is set to take on their familiar foe East Tech at 5:00 p.m. on the 14th. This will be the Rams' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. Meanwhile, Avon will challenge rival Euclid at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
