Volleyball Recap: Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Comes Up Short

The Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles didn't have quite enough to beat the Tri County Trojans on Thursday and fell 2-1.

Lauryn Koch paced Bruning-Davenport/Shickley's offense, picking up seven kills. Koch got some help from Olivia Schlegel and her 16 assists.

Bruning-Davenport/Shickley's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Tri County, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Bruning-Davenport/Shickley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Sandy Creek on the 2nd. As for Tri County, they will take on Thayer Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
